A light exterior presents a sleek curb appeal for any traditional home. While there are many design benefits for a white exterior, multiple concerns also emerge. Mold, mildew, dirt, rust, and weather damage are all elements that could diminish the beauty of your home on top of expected wear and tear.
This Conshohocken homeowner was ready to sell his property. However, he was hesitant to list due to the current state of his stucco. He wanted to go the extra mile for prospective buyers and remove the existing dirt. The owner asked our LaffCo. Painting team to shine and polish the outside of his house.
Before
The exterior makeup of this Conshohocken residence is conventional. The outside consists of red brick on the front and white stucco on the side and back walls. While the red brick was able to withstand nature, the stucco needed a thorough restoration.

After
Our team at LaffCo. started the project by power washing the stucco and the deck. The home was immediately brightened by removing some of the existing filth. However, a power wash was not the final solution.
Our team completed the renovation by painting both the stucco and the deck. The stucco was painted with two coats of Loxon XP in Alabaster, reviving the sleek appearance. The deck was stained with a light brown Cobblestone color by Benjamin Moore.
With an intensive power wash and a fresh coat of paint, this Conshohocken residence refreshed its natural curb appeal. In addition, the deck paint job made the backyard a perfect spot for entertaining friends and family.
