Time for Paint!

After power washing the exterior, the team applied some new paint to various areas. The team used Loxon XP for the stucco in the color Moderate White. Loxon XP is a special masonry coating that you can apply directly to concrete. It provides incredible resistance to rain, making it the perfect choice for the exterior area.

The team chose Universal Khaki by Sherwin Williams for the front windows to stick to the neutral colors. On the garage and front door, the team used Tricorn Black by Sherwin Williams.
