Sometimes, exterior painting is all that is needed to make a home look brand new – without breaking the bank! This Blue Bell home is making the right impression with a fresh coat of exterior paint.
The LaffCo. Painting team worked with the homeowners to select the perfect palette of neutral and subtle eye-catching colors for this project. The cedar siding was painted Rushing River by Sherwin Williams, a light and cool-toned green that adds a subtle pop of color.
All of the shutters were finished in Jasper by Sherwin Williams, a dark green color that goes perfectly with the new light green siding. It makes a statement and adds depth to the house instead of another beige.
The other aspects of the house were kept neutral. The stucco sides were done with Loxon XP in Moderate White. It is important to repaint stucco to keep it waterproof and protected for 20+ years. The chosen color has a non-reflective sheen that will help to keep the surface looking beautiful for many years!
The trim was finished in Extra White for a classic clean look. This gives the house the perfect amount of pop, highlighting the different textures and colors.
The green and neutral color combination definitely brings a lot of charm to the home!
