Outdated walls, windows, and trim can really bring a room down. This Plymouth Meeting farm house showcases how the power of paint can help!

Frankly, this room was clearly dated and needed some updating, modernizing and overall love. Our solution? Quality paint and bold color.

LaffCo. Painting jumped right in by oil priming all the walls and trim. Our team spackled all the cracks, re-primed everything and put two coats on the walls and trim. The structure of the room had plenty of high ceilings, nooks, and crannies that we recommend hiring a professional team for.

For the walls, we used Emerald Matte in the color Lakehouse. For Trim, we used Pro Classic Semigloss Oil. Our choice of oil is very rare these days, but the final product is amazing. It allowed for a reflective finish that helped make the blue stand out.

Some benefits of semigloss oil include:

  • Achieves a smooth and luxurious finish.
  • Delivers a high-performing finish that withstands even the toughest wear and tear.
  • Looks great when sprayed, or applied with a brush and roller.

Now our client can enjoy the character of their farmhouse, but with a renovated and modernized touch. It’s the best of both worlds! All they needed was a little wall TLC and a professional’s expertise.
