Having a neutral color scheme in your home is anything but boring. In fact, it’s quite stunning!
LaffCo. Painting’s most recent job took us back to Chestnut Hill, where we’ve already completed several jobs over the past couple of years. It looks like more and more members of this community understand how great their house can look with the LaffCo. Touch.
Our most recent client needed help changing up the look of their beautiful duplex. The previous homeowner had practically every color of the rainbow on the walls. While this may have been the perfect choice for their taste, it did nothing for the style of our client.
They chose a neutral palette filled with whites and grays to cover their walls. They even asked us to touch up the ceilings to make them look bright and beautiful, too.
We applied a coat of Simply White by Benjamin Moore to the ceiling, walls and trim. The bathroom was updated with Stonington Gray in Benjamin Moore’s Bath and Spa line of paint. This paint is perfect for high moisture areas, and is guaranteed to last for years and countless baths and showers!
Speaking of paints that are built to last, the clients requested that their staircase be painted in Sherwin Williams’ Porch & Floor enamel. This paint is perfect for high traffic areas, and will resist against scuffing, chipping, and fading. It’s the perfect paint for a floor surface, whether indoor or out. The color we used for this particular job was Dovetail. It adds an incredible focal point to this quaint duplex.
“Neutral” doesn’t have to mean “boring.” If you’re dreaming of a bright white home that still has plenty of character, give us a call! We can help select the perfect combination of neutral hues to make your house look warm, inviting, and uniquely you.
