When you and your family spend years in a house, you naturally turn it into your home. Paint colors are updated to fit your personality and to match the décor of each room.
When the day comes for your family to move on to a brand new home, it’s best to leave the family that will follow you with a clean slate. That’s when LaffCo. Painting steps in to help!
Our team traveled out to East Norriton to repaint a house from floor to ceiling now that its owner of several years is moving out.
The project was not as simple as just a paint job; we had to remove several borders from many rooms, and practically every square inch of wall space needed to be repainted.
We even had to paint inside of the closets and on the garage floor, which was covered in a coat of epoxy!
Additionally, some of the trim colors were far too dark to be easily covered by the white paint we were using. The salmon-colored trim in the foyer and the dark blue trim in the dining and living rooms took up to four coats of paint to cover the area properly.
In the end, the walls were completely redone in Revere Pewter and Lancaster Whitewash, two attractive neutral tones by Benjamin Moore that are sure to please the new homeowners when they first set foot in their future home!
