Last year, LaffCo. Painting featured a list of 8 interior painting tips to keep in mind when buying or selling a home.
We’re so glad that our readers are taking our advice to heart!
A client in East Norriton was preparing to sell their home. The rest of the house looked great, but their basement walls were damaged by years of wear and tear, and the dingy brown paint below the chair rail did nothing for the overall look of the room.
The homeowners had heard about LaffCo. Painting’s experience in preparing homes to be sold, so they gave us a call. We were more than happy to help get this home market ready!
The LaffCo. team applied spackle and caulk to the walls, filling up all of the holes and gaps that had formed over the years.
Once the repairs had completely dried, we coated all of the walls in a beautiful off-white color called Lancaster Whitewash. The trim was repainted white to break up the walls while keeping the look clean.
We’re sure the homeowners will have no trouble selling their home now that their basement walls are looking fresh and new!
