No one can deny that we live in a very beautiful place.
The trees, the wildlife, homes surrounded by nature…it all adds up to an excellent place to raise a family.
Until the trees, wildlife, and nature start wreaking havoc on your home!
A homeowner in Conshohocken was tired of seeing dirt and mildew gather on his brightly-colored stucco walls, and his wood siding was constantly being attacked by woodpeckers.
LaffCo. Painting arrived on the scene with a perfect game plan: we would completely scrub down and repair the entire exterior, then give it a fresh new coat of paint!
First, the team power-washed the dirt and mildew off of the stucco walls and wood. Next, we repaired all of the damaged wood siding.
With the wooden areas looking as good as new, we added the finishing touches by coating the surface with a beautiful chestnut-colored, semi-transparent stain called SuperDeck by Sherwin Williams.
Finally, we knew that the only way to keep the house from looking grimy was to get rid of the bright colors painted on the walls. So we re-painted the entire stucco exterior with Sherwin Williams’ Loxon XP in Peppercorn, and finished off the trim in Windfresh White.
Not only does this Conshohocken home look as good as new, but the exterior will continue to look fresh for years to come!
