LaffCo. Painting painted these great condos in Philadelphia.

Philadelphia condo painting always has surprises lying in wait – and this project certainly had its share of challenges! This 16-unit building was a former church, leading to high ceilings and older surfaces that had to be delicately addressed.

LaffCo. Painting faced ceilings well over 20 feet tall. Some units had two or three levels to work with.  he 35 foot high stairwell/hallway obstacle proved to be a tricky obstacle, too. We painted hallway Luxe, a purple suited for everyday – not too saturated. The trim is Extra White.

The units had old wooden beams and exposed duct work – two aspects we couldn’t argue with. The wooden beams and ducts had to stay paint-free, adding another layer of complexity.  LaffCo. worked carefully and painted the walls and ceilings Revere Pewter.

Featured Paint Colors:

  • Revere Pewter walls and ceilings (HC-172)
  • Purple color in hall is Luxe (AF-580)
  • Extra White trim (SW7006)

Even after 16 units of Philadelphia condo painting, no challenge is too much for LaffCo. Painting!
